“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness” -2 Timothy 3:16
The apostle Paul penned these words to his young ministry partner, Timothy, almost 2,000 years ago and believers from all around the world still draw inspiration from this verse as they open their Bibles.
Yet there are still some who seek to discredit the Bible’s divine authority by questioning whether it is complete or express doubts over how faithfully the text has been transmitted to us throughout the centuries. That’s why we’ve named this year’s theme, “No Other Word”. Each of our coffee talks will be centered around answering why you can trust that the Bible you hold in your hands truly is God’s Word.
We call them coffee talks because at the end of each session there will be a time for Q and A. Even before that time, however, you can go ahead and submit your question below. Our speakers will form their talk using the questions you submit, so the more questions we have, the more fruitful our time will be together!
We’ll also be handing out 10 free copies of Greg Gilbert’s book, “Why Trust The Bible?”
